Mental Health check-are you okay? Not like just merely getting by but are you actually okay? Are you stable? Have you talked things out?
In the critical times that we’re in, I don’t want any of you to forget to check the status of your own mental health. Your feelings are valid. and your emotions are okay. Feel them-in whatever capacity you may need-it’s okay. Do what you need to do to be okay. You’re the star player of your own team so check your franchise. Heal what needs to be healed. Amend what needs to be amended. cut out what needs to be cut out. Remember what makes you happy and act on it – so long as it’s not illegal. Most of all, remember that you WILL be okay, at some point – just give it a little time, darling.
