Ramadan Mubarak, lovelies!

Welcome back to Day 2 or Day 1 for others. How have you been? Doing well? Me too!
Today’s lesson is based in a lovely little thing called “peace.” So few of us have it but we all yearn for it. What is peace? The Oxford Dictionary defines peace as having freedom from disturbance; tranquility. So what is or having peace look like for you? For me, peace looks like being able to read my cheesy novels or watch hours of cheesy Hallmark or lifetime movies without any interruption from my mom, siblings, friends, cousins, social media, etc. just me and cheesy, unrealistic romance.
It’s important to make the conscience effort to actively search for the little things that bring us moments of peace or tranquility. In doing so we create balance within our lives as well as give us some grounding structure. I’m not saying go out of your way to search to peace.- that kind of defeats the purpose, but what I am saying is don’t take for granted those litle things that simply made you smile without the intention of looking for a reason to smile. That’s also a good strategy though-look for a reason to smile and appreciate what you have. That is knowing peace – even if for just a moment.
Keep living, loving, and laughing.
